1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571 "About procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises of the state housing stock, and also expense recovery for the electric power":
in Item 6:
in subitem 6.2:
to exclude the word "incomplete" from the paragraph of the fourth;
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
to add subitem 6.7 after the word of "citizens" with words "apartment houses (premises),";
state subitem 6.12 in the following edition:
"6.12. about single-family apartment houses, apartments in the blocked and apartment apartment houses equipped in accordance with the established procedure with system of centralized heat supply on the heating purpose, system of centralized gas supply or individual balloon installation for supply with the liquefied hydrocarbon gas on the purpose of food preparation and not equipped in accordance with the established procedure with electric stoves, systems of centralized hot water supply and individual gas water heaters.";
