Article 2 to add 1) with Item 35 of the following content:
"35) educational activities - the activities performed outside educational programs directed to dissemination of knowledge, experience, forming of abilities, skills, valuable installations, competences for the purpose of intellectual, spiritual and moral, creative, physical and (or) professional development of the person, satisfaction of his educational requirements and interests and mentioning the relations regulated by this Federal Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.";
Part 1 of Article 6 to add 2) with Item 13.2 of the following content:
"13. 2) coordination of participation of the educational organizations in international cooperation;";
To add 3) with Article 12.2 of the following content:
"Article 12.2. General requirements to implementation of educational activities
1. Educational activities are performed by the public authorities, other state bodies, local government bodies authorized by them the organizations and also physical persons, individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities in case of observance of the requirements provided by this Federal Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation have the right to perform.
