In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About suspension of checks in the field of entrepreneurship" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 10, Article 1109; 2017, No. 11, Article 1973; 2018, No. 11, article 2232, No. 12 (book I), Article 2520; 2019, No. 2, Article 202, No. 6, Article 1006; 2020, No. 3, Article 224) to make the following changes:
1.1. in article 1 of figure "2021" to replace with figures "2022";
1.2. add with Article 2.1-1 of the following content:
"2.1-1. After the expiration, the stipulated in Article 1 this Law, inspection bodies cannot carry out scheduled (next) and unscheduled (extraordinary) inspections in connection with activities of entrepreneurs during suspension of checks (except for the checks specified in article 2.1 of this Law).".
This Law is applied since January 1, 2021.
