The legislation on Dehkan economy consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
Dehkan economy is the economy enabling cultivation and the realization of agricultural products on the basis of personal labor of members of Dehkan economy on the parcel of land provided to the head of Dehkan economy on right of lifetime inheritable possession or lease (sublease).
The Dehkan economy performs the activities on the basis of specialization on gardening and wine growing or cultivation of vegetables and melon cultures or other crops.
Activities in Dehkan economy belong to business activity and can be performed at the request of members of Dehkan economy both with education, and without formation of legal entity.
The capable citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who reached eighteen-year age or the person without citizenship who is constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan to whom for maintaining Dehkan economy the parcel of land on right of lifetime inheritable possession or lease (sublease) is provided can be the head of Dehkan economy.
The head of Dehkan economy without power of attorney acts on behalf of Dehkan economy, including represents its interests in relations with legal entities and physical persons, and signs agreements on behalf of Dehkan economy.
