About establishment of coefficients depending on type of the economic activity performed by the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs who received participant status of the free economic zone in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol for determination of condition of application of the lowered rates of insurance premiums

According to Item 10 of article 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish for the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs who received participant status of the free economic zone according to the Federal Law "About Development of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol and the Free Economic Zone in the Territories of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol" since January 1, 2018, for the purpose of determination of condition of application since January 1, 2020 of the lowered rates of insurance premiums the following coefficients:

in the amount of 1,5 - when implementing types of economic activity according to appendix No. 1;

in the amount of 1,3 - when implementing types of economic activity according to appendix No. 2;

in the amount of 1 - when implementing other types of economic activity which are not specified in appendices No. 1 and 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
