1) in Article 4:

a) in paragraph four of Item 2 of the word to "this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words to "the legislation of the Russian Federation";

b) in Item 6 to replace the word of "members" with the word of "participants";

2) in Article 7:

a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. Cannot be the head (participant) of religious group:

the foreign citizen or the stateless person on whom in established by the legislation of the Russian Federation procedure the decision on undesirability of their stay (residence) in the Russian Federation is made;
