About modification of the Procedure for verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2015 No. 1029 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 100, the Art. 3448), the following changes:
"Bodies of the income and charges" shall be replaced with words 1) in Items 1 and 3 of the word "customs authorities";
The word "GFS" to replace 2) in the text of the Procedure with the word "Customs Service" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its publication.
