7. Implementation of tourist's agency activities by person, data on which are absent in the register of travel agents, or person who does not have the right to implementation of tourist's agency activities -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from five thousand to fifteen thousand rubles; on officials - from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.

8. Implementation by the travel agent of activities for promotion and realization of tourist product in case of absence in the register of travel agents of data on the conclusion between the travel agent and tour operator who created tourist product, contracts for promotion and realization of the tourist product created by tour operator -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.

9. Transfer of execution of the order of tour operator by the travel agent on promotion and realization of tourist product in case of absence at the travel agent of the right to such transfer -

10. Implementation by the subagent of activities for promotion and realization of tourist product in case of absence in the register of travel agents of data on the conclusion between the subagent and the travel agent of the agreement providing transfer of execution of the order of tour operator on promotion and realization of the tourist product created by tour operator -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.";
