I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2019 No. 354 "About approval of the standard agreement of purchase and sale of the parcel of land" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19436, it is published on October 4, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:

in the standard agreement of purchase and sale of the parcel of land approved by the specified order:

12) of Item 7 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) in case of non-execution of obligation on payment of the transferred parcel of land in stipulated in Item 4 this Agreements term, within 30 calendar days to pay penalty fee (penalty) for overdue term from the date of when the amount for the parcel of land be paid about day of payment of the site by the Buyer.

The amount of penalty fee (penalty) is estimated proceeding from base rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for each calendar day of delay.

In case of realization of the parcel of land by installments the subitem 12) is stated in the following edition:

"12) in case of delay of monthly payment for the parcel of land the Buyer pays to the Seller penalty in the amount of percent 0,1 for each day of delay from the unpaid cost of the parcel of land;";".

2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
