According to Item 24 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021", for the purpose of implementation of the actions connected with prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, by SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and fight against its effects, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) the means received in special fund of the government budget at the expense of the sources determined by Item 9 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" go in 2021 in the amount of 60000 thousand hryvnias to the Ministry of Health for provision of subvention from the government budget to the regional budget of the Ivano-Frankivsk region for providing with centralized supply of oxygen of bed fund of the healthcare institutions providing stationary medical care to patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus by establishment to the Ministry of Health on special fund of the government budget of amount of expenses of consumption in the amount of 1564 thousand hryvnias, development expenses in the amount of 58 436 thousand hryvnias according to the new budget program by balance formed according to the program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" as of January 1, 2021;
