According to subitem 5-1) of article 3-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 1999 "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Establish the minimum retail prices on:
1) vodka and vodka special, vodka with the protected name of the place of goods origin, strong alcoholic beverage products in the amount of 1 980 tenges for liter;
2) cognac and brandy in the amount of 2 930 tenges for liter.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
