About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

Based on part (3) article 7 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1-2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-2. Since April 1, 2021 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed in the amount of % 3,89, and after indexation constitutes 1151 leu.";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 19 third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed annually on April 1 and on October 1. The indexation coefficient for April 1 makes the annual average growth of consumer price indexes for the last 3 years, and for October 1 - the rate of inflation registered in the first half of the year of the current year. If when calculating the part of the amount expressed in bonds turns out, then it is rounded to one leu towards increase.";

b) in appendix No. 5 to the Provision in Item 3 of notes of figure "1,6" to replace with figures of "2,2".

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
