About modification of article 55 of the Law on the state supervision of public health No. 10/2009

Art. I. - Item 1) parts (1) article 55 of the Law on the state supervision of public health No. 10/2009 (2009, 67, Art. 183), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

Representatives of the international organizations can participate in work of the commission with the right of advisory vote;".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
