About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 436), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 236 of the word "in 30-day time" shall be replaced with words 6) "within 45 working days".
2. In part (Article 389 of the word "in 30-day time" shall be replaced with words 4) "within 45 working days".
Art. II. - In the Administrative code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 466) to make the following changes:
1. In the first offer of part (Article 226 of the word "in 15-day time" to replace 2) in both cases with the words "within 45 working days".
2. In part (Article 240 of the word "in 30-day time" shall be replaced with words 3) "within 45 working days".
Art. III. - Part (3) Article 338 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (repeated publication: 2013, 699), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 248-251, in the following edition:
"(3) the Motivated decision is proclaimed within no more than 45 working days.".
