About modification of article 59 of the Law on housing No. 75/2015
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (3) article 59 of the Law on housing No. 75/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249), with subsequent changes, word "till May 31, 2021", shall be replaced with words "till May 31, 2024,".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
