Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860 "About approval of Rules of marking of shoe goods means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning shoe goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 28, Art. 3784; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1343, 1345; No. 21, Art. 3260; No. 27, Art. 4237; 2021, No. 3, Art. 594).

1. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
"At the same time till June 1, 2021 participants of turnover of shoe goods have the right to perform storage and transportation being at them in ownership, and (or) use, and (or) the order of shoe goods as of July 1, 2020 (remaining balance of shoe goods), to mark their means of identification for the purpose of the subsequent realization (sale) in case of observance of conditions, the stipulated in Item 58(1) Rules approved by this resolution and to introduce them into circulation no later than June 15, 2021. If the participant of turnover of shoe goods in the specified time will not send to information system of monitoring of the data on input in turnover of the specified remaining balance of shoe goods, codes of marking of such shoe goods are cancelled.".
