About modification of Article 299 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003

Single Article. - Article 299 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (5) the following content:
"(5) the Pedagogical employees of educational institutions employed based on the terminal individual employment contract according to Article 55 for at least one academic year are granted paid leave by duration provided in part (1) this Article.".
