1. Approve the enclosed Program of fight against diabetes in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006-2010.
2. To the ministries and departments, chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas to take all necessary measures for realization of the purposes and tasks provided by the Program of fight against diabetes in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006-2010.
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan:
together with other interested ministries and departments to organize Coordination council on prevention, identification and treatment of diabetes in the Republic of Tajikistan;
bring the specified Program to the attention of the relevant ministries, departments, local authorities of the government, the organizations and to establish control of its practical accomplishment.
