About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring commercial accounting of natural gas" concerning review of terms of meter installation to consumers of natural gas
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring commercial accounting of natural gas" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 5, Art. 28; 2018, Art. No. 6-7, 44) following changes:
1. In preamble of the word "About Bases of Functioning of the Natural Gas Market" shall be replaced with words "About the natural gas market".
2. In paragraph four of Item of 1 part one of Article 2 figures and the words "January 1, 2021" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2023".
3. In paragraph four of part one of Article of the 5th figure and the word "January 1, 2021" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2023".
4. In Article 6:
in part one:
in paragraph four of the subitem "an" of Item of 1 figure and the word "January 1, 2021" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2023";
in paragraph four of the subitem "an" of Item 2 figures and the words "January 1, 2021" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2023";
add with Item 3 following of content:
"Quarterly to represent 3) to the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, the report on accomplishment of the obligations provided by Items 1 and 2 of this part and to promulgate it on the website";
in paragraph one of part two of the word "National Commission of Regulation of Power Industry of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The national commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities";
in part three:
add with new paragraphs the first and second the following content:
"3. Control of ensuring meter installation of gas is exercised by the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
