About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of excessive pressure upon subjects of managing
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In Article 259 of the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):
to add part one after the words "the federal executive body realizing state policy concerning supervision and control of compliance with law about work" with the words "and its territorial authorities";
the second to add part with the words "local government bodies-at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations which are in utility property of the corresponding territorial communities".
2. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
Article 188-6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 188-6. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy concerning supervision and control of compliance with law about work and its territorial authorities or not admission of officials of these bodies to implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) which bases are determined by the law
Failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of the central executive body realizing state policy concerning supervision and control of compliance with law about work or its territorial authorities on elimination of violations of the law about work, employment of the population and obligatory national social insurance or not admission of officials of these bodies to implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) which bases are determined by the law,
