The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of establishment of maximum permissible retail prices on the separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2010 No. 530 "About approval of Rules of establishment of maximum permissible retail prices on separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity, the list of separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity concerning which maximum permissible retail prices, and the list of separate types of socially important food products for which acquisition of certain quantity to the business entity performing trading activity remuneration payment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 30, the Art. 4103) is not allowed can be established.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
