1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the notification on the customer, date, time and the place of implementation of retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering in the conditions of exit servicing by the organizations having the license for retail sale of alcoholic products when rendering services of public catering.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is effective till December 31, 2026 inclusive.
