14-3) direction in the authorized body performing financial monitoring and taking other measures for counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and financing of terrorism, data on exception of the organization or physical person of the list of the organizations and faces tied with the terrorist organizations or terrorists, constituted by the international organizations performing counteraction to terrorism, or bodies authorized by them according to international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

60) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"60) development and approval of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services;";

state subitem 61-7) in the following edition:

"61-7) approvals of procedure for acceptance, registration and considerations of the request for provision of investment preferences;";
