According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 to No. 1030 "About approval of minimum rates of remuneration to authors of technologies and persons who perform their transfer" to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 625 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630 (with changes), and for the purpose of control of the directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget both by remuneration payment to authors of technologies and to persons who perform their transfer and also for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 13, 2014 No. 221 "About approval of forms of provision and generalization of data on the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget, and remuneration payment to authors of such technologies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 01, 2014 for No. 376/25153, the following changes:
The name of the order after words to "authors of such technologies" to add 1) with the words "and to persons who perform their transfer";
Preamble of the order to add 2) with the words "and to persons who perform their transfer";
Item 2 of the order to state 3) in the following edition:
