In the long-term agreement of paid rendering service in posting of the vessel and other services the agreement term, the list of the rendered services, payment procedure of each of entering the specified list of services are determined, obligation of the contractor when using vessels of the atomic icebreaker fleet to provide their readiness for rendering services in posting of the vessel and other services during all duration of the agreement, responsibility of the parties for non-execution or improper execution of obligations, and also other conditions of rendering such services determined if necessary by agreement of the parties.".
