About modification of appendix 4 to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property

Make changes to appendix 4 to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, of the Art. 1585), having added it after the paragraph of third with paragraphs of the following content:

"public associations of persons with disability which realize projects (programs) directed to protection of the rights of persons with disability at the expense of means of the state or local budgets that is confirmed by the decision of executive body or local government body, or the international technical assistance that is confirmed by registration card of the project (program) according to appendix 1 to the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8, of Art. 340; 2019, No. 66, Art. 2304);

All-Ukrainian public associations of the sports direction, subjects of Paralympic movement which get financial support from the government budget, according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;".
