About modification of the Regulations on carrying out experiment on improvement of quality and coherence of the data containing in the state information resources

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on carrying out experiment on improvement of quality and coherence of the data containing in the state information resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 3, 2019 No. 710 "About carrying out experiment on improvement of quality and coherence of the data containing in the state information resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 23, Art. 2963; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2107; No. 48, Art. 7759).

Changes which are made to Regulations on carrying out experiment on improvement of quality and coherence of the data containing in the state information resources

1. Add with item 4 (2) the following content:

"4(2). Information exchange of federal executive bodies, state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, other bodies and organizations, being owners and (or) is performed by source of the data specified in the Section I of appendix to this Provision with infrastructure of digital profile within carrying out experiment with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.".

2. In appendix to the specified Provision:

a) to state Item 23 of the Section I in the following edition:

"23.

The data containing in the Single state real estate register, relating to physical persons:

a) real estate object type;

b) purpose of real estate object;

c) cadastral number of real estate object and date of its assignment;

d) data on the termination of existence of real estate object;

e) type of the corporeal right (restriction of the right or encumbrance), number of registration and date of state registration of the right (restriction of the right or encumbrance);

e) the information about person behind which the right to real estate object is registered (for benefit of which restrictions of the right or encumbrance of real estate object are set), including surname, name, middle name, birth date, the insurance number of the individual ledger account, series and passport number of the specified person;

g) the real estate object address (in the presence of the address) or other description of location of real estate object (in the absence of the address);

h) earlier assigned state accounting number of real estate object (cadastral, accession, conditional number or number of accounting record in the state forest register);

i) the area of the object of the real estate if real estate object is the parcel of land, the building, the room or the parking place;

j) the main characteristic of real estate object (extent, depth, depth, the area, amount, height, building area) and its value if real estate object is the construction (in the presence);

c) the first to state footnote in the following edition:

"<*> Access to the data provided by subitems "b", "g" - "е", "з" - "п" Item 23 presents of appendix, are not provided to the participants of experiment specified in subitems "d", "zh" - "and" Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 3, 2019 No. 710 "About carrying out experiment on improvement of quality and coherence of the data containing in the state information resources".";

d) add with footnote of the second of the following content:

"<**> Provision of data is implemented by integration of single system of identification and authentication with the automated information system of the Federal Tax Service.".
