About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2021 No. 501 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Abolish Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2-1. To financial monitoring agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to approve the charter of organization and to provide its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
