About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land
According to Articles 26 and 29 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Withdraw especially valuable productive lands, pastures and to present them to local executive bodies of the government, the ministries and jamias according to appendix.
2. To local executive bodies of the government, the ministries and jamias for benefit of which the parcels of land are withdrawn, in compliance requirements of Articles 41 and 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to pay damages to land users and losses of agricultural production.
3. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on land management to make corresponding changes to cadastral documentation.
