About modification of some decisions of the National commission on securities and the stock market
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Item 4 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 3, 2020 No. 640 "About approval of Requirements (rules) of implementation of activities for the securities trading: to broker activities, dealer activities, underwriting, management of securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2021 for No. 62/35684, to state in the following edition:
"4. This decision becomes effective since July 1, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.".
2. Item 5 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 3, 2020 No. 641 "About approval of Requirements to agreements which are signed during implementation of professional activity in the stock market (security market) - activities for the securities trading: to broker activities, dealer activities, underwriting, management of securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2021 for No. 60/35682, to state in the following edition:
"5. This decision becomes effective since July 1, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.".
3. Item 3 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 3, 2020 to No. 642 "About recognition voided decisions of State commission on securities and to the stock market of December 12, 2006 No. 1449", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2021 for No. 63/35685, to state in the following edition:
