1. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on land management, the interested ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government till December 31, 2006 reorganization of agricultural enterprises and organizations with creation of the separation balance sheet, according to the enclosed plan according to the legislation.
2. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on land management to provide issue of the Certificate on right to use of the earth to the reorganized farms and Certificates on land shares to their members in accordance with the established procedure.
