in the list of the objects which are not subject to transfer for realization of public-private partnership, including in concession, approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The arms, military equipment and special means assigned on the right of operational management to public institutions of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
