About modification of Item 22 of the Regulations on the highest qualification commission of notariate

Make change to Item 22 of the Regulations on the highest qualification commission of the notariate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 2011 No. 923 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 67, Art. 2584; 2020, to No. 20, the Art. 758), having stated subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) the admission or refusal in the admission to passing new qualification examination by person who did not perform private notarial activities within three years after receipt of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities, did not work as the notary public of office of notary public, the notary public of the Public notarial Records Office, the consultant of office of notary public or the assistant to the private notary, was not official who performs management and control of activities of notariate, did not work at elective or other office in Notarial chamber of Ukraine within three years before filing of application about registration of notarial activities or position assignment of the notary public of office of notary public;".
