About additional measures for the organization of payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance in the place of the actual accommodation of receivers within Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance to receivers according to the Payment procedure and deliveries of pensions and the monetary assistance in the place of the actual accommodation of receivers within Ukraine the organizations performing their payment and delivery, to No. 1279 "Some questions of pension payment and the monetary assistance" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 43), in the place of their actual accommodation within Ukraine is carried out by the organizations performing payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance, determined by results of the competition held by the Pension fund of Ukraine (further - tender).
Operators of mail service, performing activities within at least five years are allowed to participation in tender and provide the services in administrative and territorial units in which head departments of the Pension fund of Ukraine perform the powers, structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of local public administrations, executive bodies rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils, the centers for charge and implementation of social payments (further - authorized bodies) if such subjects of managing have financial and material capability to ensure safety of the means intended for pension payment and the monetary assistance and their delivery to receivers.
Conditions, procedure and frequency of carrying out tender, and also criteria of financial and material solvency of the participant of tender are determined by board of the Pension fund of Ukraine.
