About modification of the Regulations on features of carrying out customs control of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 3 of Article 313 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in Item 6 of the Regulations on features of carrying out customs control of customs value of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian Economic Union of March 27, 2018 No. 42, the following changes:

a) exclude the subitem "g";

b) state the subitem "e" in the following edition:

"e) term from date of issue of earlier imported identical goods and if identical goods were issued according to Article 120 or article 121 of the Code, - from the date of the direction to the customs applicant of information on completion of the verification of customs, other papers and (or) data which is carried out concerning the declaration on goods, the documents confirming the data declared in such declaration, and the data declared in the specified declaration on goods and (or) containing in the documents submitted to customs authorities before registration date of the declaration on goods concerning imported goods does not exceed the term determined using risk management system (but no more than 180 calendar days).".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
