About modification of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 21 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003 (2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4) the following content:
"(4) for special merits the persons who are awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" or the award "Stefan cel Mare", constantly living outside the Republic of Moldova have the Entitlement to benefit.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government within 30 days from the date of publication of this law to make changes and to adopt the regulations necessary for its accomplishment.
