1. In the "Rules of perpetuating of name of shekhid and application of privileges for families of shekhid" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 15, 1994 No. 10, to make the following changes:
1.1. in Item 4.2 of the word "city, district departments of the State Social Security Fund under the Ministry" shall be replaced with words "local organizations of the Agency of social services in subordination of the Ministry";
1.2. in the second offer of Item 5.1 of the word "under the Ministry" shall be replaced with words "in subordination of the Ministry".
