About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2020 No. 133
According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with release and use of electronic money, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2020 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine" the words "within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution" shall be replaced with words No. 133 also in figures "till June 15, 2021".
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
