About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2012 No. 264 "About approval of the sizes of quota of acceptance in case of revenues to study in the organizations of education realizing educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education":

in Item 1:

6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among rural youth moving to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 10 percent;";

add with subitems 7), 8) and 9) of the following content:

"7) children from families in which four and more minor children are brought up, - 5 percent;

8) children from among the incomplete families having this status at least three years - 1 percent;

9) children from the families which are bringing up handicapped children since the childhood, disabled people of the first and second groups - 1 percent.".
