About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the national social insurance

For the purpose of updating and enhancement of appointment procedure of pension and procedure for the request of insured persons for payment of means of pension accruals for the national social insurance, according to articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the request for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another and the List of the documents necessary for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another" of January 12, 2005 No. 10 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for the request for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another approved by the above-stated resolution:

- declare Item 2.5 invalid;

2) in the List of the documents necessary for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another approved by the above-stated resolution:
