I. General provisions

Article 1. The help to insured persons for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus from the Government budget of Ukraine and local budgets

The help to insured persons - payment from the Government budget of Ukraine and from local budgets in connection with loss of part of the salary hired employees of subjects of managing which work is temporarily suspended as a result of introduction in 2021 since February, the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of separate administrative and territorial units of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus (further - the additional rationing anti-epidemic arrangements connected with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), and in connection with loss of part of the income by physical persons entrepreneurs whose economic activity is temporarily suspended owing to introduction of the additional rationing anti-epidemic arrangements connected with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19).
