1. Approve the following extreme sizes of withdrawal amounts by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts during calendar month:

1) 20 000 000 (twenty million) tenges – for small business entities;

2) 120 000 000 (hundred twenty million) tenges – for subjects of medium business;

3) 150 000 000 (hundred fifty million) tenges – for subjects of big business.

2. Determine that the extreme sizes of withdrawal amounts subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts during calendar month, the stipulated in Item 1 presents joint the resolution and the order, do not extend to the following subjects of entrepreneurship:

1) subjects of microentrepreneurship;

2) the subjects of entrepreneurship performing purchase of agricultural food products, products of aquaculture (fishery);

3) the subjects of entrepreneurship performing retail trade by food, drinks, and also pharmaceutical, medical and orthopedic goods with types of economic activity according to appendix to the presents to the joint resolution and the order;

4) banks of the second level and the National operator of mail in case of removal of cash by them from the correspondent accounts opened in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal entities performing activities only through exchange points based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency.
