For the purpose of establishment of transition period and ensuring uninterrupted production process of subsurface use, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570 the following change:
- in Item 1-1 of the word "April 1, 2021" shall be replaced with words "on September 1, 2021".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
