About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Land code of the Russian Federation and article 9 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in Article 4 of the Land code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 44, the Art. 4147) the following changes:

"2. Application of rules of international treaties of the Russian Federation in their interpretation contradicting the Constitution of the Russian Federation is not allowed. Such contradiction can be established according to the procedure, determined by the Federal constitutional Law.".

Article 2

Bring in article 9 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, the Art. 14) the following changes:

"2. Application of rules of international treaties of the Russian Federation in their interpretation contradicting the Constitution of the Russian Federation is not allowed. Such contradiction can be established according to the procedure, determined by the Federal constitutional Law.".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
