1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the treatment of dangerous wastes in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 28, 2015 No. 885 the following changes:

according to the procedure of the treatment of dangerous wastes in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. In case of the address with mercury-containing waste the following basic concepts are applied:

demercurization - process of removal of mercury and its connections by physical and chemical or mechanical methods for the purpose of exception of poisoning of people and animals, and also cleaning of rooms and objects of pollution by metal mercury and sources of mercury vapors;

the organizations for conversion of mercury-containing waste - the specialized enterprises performing the conversion and demercurization of mercury-containing waste having the license for utilization, storage, burial, destruction of waste of toxic materials and substances, including radioactive and necessary processing equipment;
