1) in Article 49:

a) add Item 1 with words ", and in case of acceptance stipulated in Item 1 or 2 articles 63.1 of this Federal Law of the decision on vote within several days in a row - in zero hours local time of the first ballot day";

c) state Item 3 in the following edition:
