Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603; 2018, No. 2, Art. 62; the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 29, 2021, No. 1751) the following changes and amendments:
1. To state part 3 of Article 14 in the following edition:
"3. The judge shall observe the restrictions provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About anti-corruption". The judge in case of appointment (election) and stay to positions shall represent annually declarations on the income and the property status according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
