About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning implementation of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system

1. Bring such changes in orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
1) in items 4 and the 5th order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 593/5 "About procedure for submission of obligatory data (information) by arbitration managers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 for No. 187/34470, of figure and the word "April 01, 2021" to replace with figures and the word "December 01, 2021";
And the 5th order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 594/5 "About approval of the Procedure for the functioning of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 for No. 186/34469, of figure and the word "April 01, 2021" to replace 2) in items 4 with figures and the word "December 01, 2021".
2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformation and digitalization Orlov S.
