Part 2 of Article 14 to add 1) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) approval in the procedure for position assignment of the head of executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation established by the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection;";

2) Article 16 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation) appoints to position the head of executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of health protection in coordination with authorized federal executive body.".
