Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 275-FZ "About the state defense order" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7600; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3950; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4250; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4786; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4852; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7835; 2020, No. 8, Art. 914) following changes:

1) in Article 8:

a) to add Item 9 of part 1 with words "if other is not established by this Federal Law";

b) to add Item 9 of part 2 with words "if other is not established by this Federal Law";

c) add with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Requirements of Items 3, of 4, of 6, 7 and 11 parts 1 and Items 2, of 3, of 4, of 6, 7 and 12 parts 2 of this Article are not applied concerning concluded by the head contractor, the contractor of contracts, calculations for which are perfromed according to subitems "b", "B. 1" and (or) "з" Item 2 of part 1 of article 8.3 of this Federal Law.";

Item 1 of part 1 of Article 8.3 to add 2) with words "if other is not established by this Federal Law";

3) in Article 8.5:

a) to add Item 1 of part 1 with words ", except for payments based on subitems "a", "b", "B. 1" and "з" Item 2 of part 1 of Article 8. 3, and also subitems "an" and "b" of Item 3, subitems "an" - "in" Item 9 and subitems "an" and "b" of Item 15 of article 8.4 of this Federal Law";
